Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Since many of our prints are produced on demand to ensure the highest quality, please allow this time before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Packaging
Your art prints are our pride, and we package them accordingly. All prints are carefully rolled in protective tissue and shipped in rigid, reinforced tubes or between firm flat mailers to prevent bending, creasing, or damage during transit. Larger prints are always tube-shipped for maximum protection.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for the latest offers.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take every precaution to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
